Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Koperasi Bina Makmur Berhad (KBMB) handles personal data received through this website and through enquiries sent to KBMB.

This notice applies to the website kbmb.my and to enquiries sent to KBMB by email, WhatsApp or telephone using the contact details published on this website.
This website has no registration, no online forms and no payment functions. KBMB does not collect personal data through this website itself; personal data reaches KBMB only when you choose to contact KBMB.
3. Personal data processed
KBMB processes the following classes of personal data:
- Your name and, where you provide it, your organisation and position.
- The contact details you use or provide — email address, telephone or WhatsApp number.
- The content of your message and any documents you choose to send.
- Technical records generated automatically by the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. These records are used for security and reliability of the website.
KBMB does not process sensitive personal data through this website and asks that you do not send such data in an enquiry.
4. Source of the personal data
Personal data is obtained directly from you when you contact KBMB. Technical records are generated automatically when your browser requests a page.

- Responding to your enquiry and continuing the correspondence.

12. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you have the right to:
- request access to the personal data KBMB holds about you;
- request correction of personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data;
- request that KBMB limit the processing of your personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, write to mail@kbmb.my. KBMB may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and may charge the prescribed fee for a data access request where the law allows it. KBMB will respond within the period required by the Act.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal, and may mean that KBMB can no longer correspond with you.
13. Children
This website is directed at institutions, technical partners and agricultural producers. KBMB does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
14. Language of this notice
In accordance with subsection 7(3) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, this notice is issued in the national language and in English. The Bahasa Melayu version is available at kbmb.my/privacy. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the Bahasa Melayu version prevails.
15. Changes to this notice
KBMB may update this notice. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
